  • Do I need to sign up to order from your website?

Yes, you will need to sign up to order from our website for the first order. For future orders, you will only need to login using your password. Your account with us will allow you to save your favorite product list, previous orders and shipping information i.e. names and addresses of order receiver. You will be able to do quick checkout when you are ready to order next time and you will also be able to track your order status.

 

  • How do I signup/register?

You can sign up by clicking the Sign In link on top right corner of any store page, enter your email and password. That's it!

 

  • How do I login at Ranganjali.com?

Once you have created your account using Sign In link on our site, you will be able to login with the same email id and password you submitted.

 

  • What should I do if I forget my password?

Click on to the Sign In and then click the “forgot password” link at the bottom of the popup. It will then ask you for your email id. Enter the email id you used while signing up and you will receive instructions to reset you password in your email.

 

  • If something is in my shopping cart and I leave the site, will my cart still contain the items I left in it when I return?

Unless you will clear your browsing data, you will be able to see your cart  during your next session on same browser.

 

 

 

 

  • What can I do if an item I want to purchase is out of stock?

We have a special feature that will contact you as soon as that out of stock item becomes available  again. Go to the product’s detail page and submit your email id by clicking ‘email me when available’ link. 

 

  • How do you price your items?

Many the items in our store are international. Our prices are decided considering expenses incurred in complying with government rules and regulations of foreign country and India to make various art and craft items available to you in India. These include, but are not limited to - duties e.g. import-custom, countervailing duties; charges e.g. freight, insurance, landing, octroy charges; and taxes e.g. service tax and when applicable sales tax.

 

  • How long does it take to process order?

All orders will be processed and shipped in 2-3 business days from the date of order.

 

  • Can I cancel my order after it is placed?

We will be able to cancel the order if it is not shipped. Please contact us as early as possible if you would like to cancel your order. Once the financial transaction takes place, it might take 5-7 business days to cancel and issue a refund to you.

 

  • What is your privacy policy?

We DO NOT give out any information you provide us to anyone. We understand and honor, your right to privacy and security. You can review our complete privacy policy here.

 

  • Is my credit card information protected?

We care about your security. We try to keep your information completely safe by using the best available security options. The online store provider for Ranganjali uses HTTPS connection.

We at Ranganjali, particularly, do not store your payment information. When an order is placed in our site, payment details are directly transferred from our store to the payment gateway provider using SSL-encrypted connection. It ensures that communications between your browser and the payment gateway provider’s web servers are private and secure.

Both the online store provider and the payment gateway provider on Ranganjali.com are PCI-DSS validated Level 1 Service Providers, which is the gold standard for e-commerce solutions worldwide.

 

  • What types of payments do you accept?

We offer following payment options through PAYPAL (international currencies), PAYTM (Indian Rupees)and Bank Transfer.

  • Do you offer gift wrap?

No. We do not offer gift wrapping services currently.

 

 

 

 

  • Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally.  We charge a flat rate for it. However, actual shipping cost can be known only after the package is taken to  the

post-office, in case the actual shipping cost varies by a large margin from the flat rate, we might demand or refund the additional cost.

In case, there is any trouble shipping items to your country because of any reasons unknown to us currently or change of  regulations we will offer an option to adjust or refund your order accordingly.

We are not responsible for customs or any such charges/tax applied during the shipment's/s transit to you.

  • Do you ship all over India?

Yes, Ranganjali ships all over India (unless it is restricted, in places like Jammu & Kashmir). We use courier services like Professional courier, DTDC, Blue Dart or Speed Post. You will be able to select a shipping method (Speed post by India Post vs. Courier) during order checkout.

 

  • How is the shipping charge calculated?

Shipping charges are calculated based on the region you are located and weight of the package. We try our best to employ a reliable, quick and affordable shipping service.

 

  • When will my order be shipped?

We attempt to process every order and ship within 2-3 business days.

 

  • How will I know whether my order is shipped?

When your order begins its journey to you, you'll receive shipping updates through your account with us.

 

  • How long does my order take to reach me?

It depends on your location within India and type of shipping service used. It can take 3 to 5 business days to reach to you. We will provide you shipping details in an email once the order is shipped. That should help you track and manage the delivery.

 

  • What do I do, I have still not received my parcel?

Please track your order using a tracking number provided to you in email notifications. You can go to the carrier’s website, enter the tracking number and find the status of your parcel. You should contact the customer service of the carrier, if there is any concern.

Although, we have little control over the shipping, method or time once the parcel is submitted to a courier company, we will try our best to track and get it delivered to you.

 

  • Online tracking shows my parcel as delivered, but I have not received it. What should I do?

We recommend shipping to a secure, attended location. Unfortunately in this scenario we cannot assist in recovering your package.

Please check with your neighbors/ helpers/ security/watchman first. They might have collected on your behalf. Next, contact the courier company that was in-charge of the delivery and try to find out where and when the parcel was delivered and take this matter to their attention.

Once an item is shipped, we have little control over it. We are not responsible for lost parcels. We will not be able to refund the money in this case.

However, we will issue a refund if the parcel is returned to us- in case of failed delivery and if the items are found in new and undamaged condition- as we sent it. Re-delivery charges will be added if you request reshipping of the parcel.

 

  • Do I need to be at home to receive a delivery?

It depends. If the delivery address is in secure location or someone reliable and responsible is overseeing the delivery, you might not have to be present to receive the parcel. If this is not the case, make sure you provide accurate and detailed address and delivery instructions while ordering and work-out a reliable way to receive the parcel.

  • What if I mistakenly entered wrong address while placing order?

Please contact us with your accurate and detail address within 24 hours. We will be able to update the address if the order has not been shipped. Once shipped on wrong address, it may be hard to recover the parcel.

We are not responsible for lost parcels. We will not be able to refund the money in this case.

However, we will issue a refund if the parcel is returned to us- in case of failed delivery and if the items are found in new and undamaged condition- as we sent it. Re-delivery charges will be added if you request reshipping of the parcel.

What should I do when the parcel is tampered/misshaped during delivery?

We ensure proper packaging of the items. All the items we sell are in new and intact condition. If you receive a damaged/tampered parcel, you should refuse to accept it and contact us within 24 hours.

Once it is delivered, any damage found, if found within 24 hours, will be dealt on case to case bases and at our discretion. Please contact us within 24 hours.

Any damage or problem found later will not be eligible for any refund.

 

 

 

 

  • Do you accept returns?

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned.  Notify us of any manufacturing defects or product damages at the time of delivery or within 7 days from the date of delivery, and we will issue a brand new replacement to you. Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee.

Following will not be eligible for return or replacement…

• Damages due to misuse of product;

• Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product;

• Any consumable item which has been used or installed;

• Products with tampered or missing serial numbers;

• Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty;

• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered;

• Products like inks, punches, elecronic and manual machines are received sealed and are sold on an as is basis.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

 

  • How do I return products to Ranganjali.com?

Email us at Ranganjalicrafts@gmail.com to inform us about issues with the product you received and your intention to return it. We would then initiate the process as per the policy mentioned above.

 

  • How will I be refunded for the return?

On successful processing refund, the refund amount of invoice value will be credited to you to your card/bank you used for the initial purchase.

  • Does Ranganjali.com have a physical store?

Currently, we do not have a physical store- at least for the time being. However, keep in touch with us by subscribing to Creative Club or through social media to get updates.

  • I like/make a product that I think would be perfect for Ranganjlai. Who do I contact?
